Great Down Walk
This is a 4.1 mile walk through woods and open countryside up to Great Down, north of Slindon and back down a different route. The high point of the route is 175m. I recommend taking a map with you, preferably an electronic one with GPS. There is space to park several cars at the start (GPS: 50.8806, -0.63752 OS SU959098) shown by a red flag on the map.
